You may not get the email for a couple of reasons:
- No account exists with the email you provided - please check if you used an alternative email address.
- The email has been sent to the spam folder in your inbox.
- Your mail server may have quarantined the email to prevent you from receiving spam. This is typical on AOL.com and is usually released to you within a few hours.
