Should you experience problems completing a round, please do the following in order to rectify the problem:
- Log completely out of your current session.
- Clear your web browsers cookies and cache.
- Log back into your account and reload the game.
If you were at a point of taking action (hit/stand in blackjack for instance) the game will reopen ready for you to make your decision. If the round does not continue from where you left off, this indicates the round was either void and the wager was returned to your account, or it continued in the background during the disconnection and winnings, if any, will have been credited to your account.
